If you enjoy more active vacations, there is plenty to do in and around Dubrovnik. You will certainly love to explore the neighboring island of Mljet, and a full day trip to the island of Korčula and Pelješac Peninsula. Visit the neighboring country of Montenegro, and don’t miss the sea kayaking around Zaton Bay near Dubrovnik. Stay in Dubrovnik, relax on the beach, stroll its narrow streets, enjoy the sunsets and you will never have enough of your time in this amazing city.

Day 1: Dubrovnik

Arrival to Dubrovnik airport, followed by private transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.



Day 2: Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is rich in culture and history dating back to the VII century. This city is home to a host of fantastic fountains, cathedrals and palaces. There is an included walking tour of the charming Old Town this morning. Visit Rector’s Palace, known for its many reconstructions over the years. Continue to Sponza Palace, the Bell Tower Clock and Orlando’s Column a symbol of Croatian independence from the Venetians. You will also see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to enjoy the fascinating beauty of this walled city. Stroll thought Stradun, the main street, enjoy its fine boutique shops, local candy shops, stop at any of the swank restaurants and enjoy lunch or dinner of delicious seafood or local meat or pasta specialty. Then find your quiet spot atop the city walls, enjoy a cocktail and watch the most amazing sunset. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.


Day 3: Dubrovnik/Korčula & Ston/Dubrovnik

Enjoy an amazing view from the Dubrovnik Bridge as we depart along the Adriatic coast to the town of Ston, famous for its old salt flats and the second longest city walls in the world (after the Chinese walls). Along the way, there is panoramic scenery of the famous vineyards of Pelješac peninsula, beautiful countryside and old settlements. After a short boat ride we arrive to Korčula, the birthplace of Marco. The island of Korčula presents a unique contact with the beautiful nature, and a thousand year old cultural tradition and history. You will have an opportunity to visit the birth house of Marco Polo, the church of St. Marco and many other monuments. On a return to Dubrovnik, we visit one of the most famous Croatian winery where you will taste some of the famous sorts of wine, domestic brandy, and liqueurs, accompanied by a wine expert from the winery. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.


Day 4: Dubrovnik/Zaton Bay/Dubrovnik

Discover Zaton Bay and five beautiful beaches on a kayaking excursion. Zaton bay is a lovely place nearby Dubrovnik. Admire the Renaissance summer mansions of former Dubrovnik aristocrats. Zaton bay is ideal for swimming, sea kayaking near cliffs and exploring the underwater world. All three villages Zaton Mali, Zaton Veliki and Štikovica, have cozy restaurants by the sea where you can sample Dubrovnik and Dalmatian specialties. The freshwater source Vrelo is a natural site located at the bottom of the Zaton bay, whose waters once moved the mills. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.

Day 5: Dubrovnik/Montenegro/Dubrovnik

Enjoy a full day excursion to the neighboring Montenegro. Experience the beauty of the coast of Montenegro and visit a luxurious resort St. Stefan, continue to Budva, Kotor and few other historical places. This is a perfect way to discover a different country and have another unforgettable memory of your romantic vacation on the Adriatic coast. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.


Day 6: Dubrovnik

Spend this day at leisure, relaxing at a nearby beach, exploring the Old Town and perhaps taking an afternoon ride to Cavtat for a romantic dinner. Cavtat is a charming seaside town with great art, excellent seafood and amazing pristine beaches. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.


Day 7: Dubrovnik/Mljet/Dubrovnik

Reserve this day for a full day excursion to the serene island of Mljet. Experience the attraction of Mljet Island featuring two connected salty lakes. Take a boat ride to St. Mary’s Benedictine monastery and a small church dating to the 12th century. Enjoy lunch and do swim in the crystal clear waters of the lake and don’t let anything get in between the two of you and the serenity of the island. Overnight at Rixos Libertas, Dubrovnik.

Day 8: Dubrovnik

Private transfer from the hotel to Dubrovnik airport.
