Day 1: Dubrovnik
Arrival to Dubrovnik airport followed by private transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dubrovnik is a city that charms, a city that you fall in love with and always return to like new, to discover more unique experiences. The over a thousand year old history of Dubrovnik is visible in every part of this city. The city is a living museum and a live stage, and has an ideal connection between its historical past and the modern day. Overnight at Hotel Rixos, Dubrovnik.
Day 2: Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik will mesmerize you on every step of your walking tour! Visit and adore its medieval and renaissance streets and squares. Start your explorations at the Onofrio’s Fountain and troll the Stradun, the main city’s promenade. Among many historical and cultural sites in the city, on this tour you will visit the Franciscan monastery with one of the oldest pharmacies in the world and the Treasury of the Cathedral. Stroll thought famous Stradun, and don’t let anyone get in a way between your ice cream Dine at any of the family own restaurants where you can find available table and enjoy dinner of delicious seafood local meat or pasta specialty. Late afternoon is perfect time to take an optional short cruise and adore the sunset. Overnight at Hotel Rixos, Dubrovnik.
Day 3: Dubrovnik/Korčula
Morning transfer to the island of Korčula with a stop in Ston on Pelješac Peninsula for wine and oyster tasting. Ston is encircled by 14th century stone walls, more than three miles long and once including forty towers. These walls were built by the Republic of Dubrovnik due to valuable salt pans and the town’s strategic position, and Ston is often called “little Dubrovnik” as the streets have the same layout and the same names. In the afternoon explore the island of Korčula, the birthplace of Marco Polo, encircled by the clear blue waters of the Pelješac channel. Start with a walking tour of Korčula town, which is one of the most preserved and most romantic historic towns you’ll ever see. You will be absolutely amazed as you wander through the charming streets, where you’ll come across gothic details and balconies that make you feel like you’ve entered a Slavic version of Romeo and Juliet. Day 4: Korčula/Mljet/Korčula
Mljet is an island lost in the open sea, and the island is indeed hard to reach. Mljet National Park makes up most of the island, and there are several villages, two salt water lakes – Veliko and Malo, and a Benedictine monastery on the island of St. Mary . Untouched nature, the island’s mystique, olive groves, vineyards and rich forests are ideal places to research the rich flora and fauna, and to peacefully enjoy the pristine beauty of the natural surroundings. We will insure that this trip to Mljet Island is a memorable experience. Overnight at Hotel Korsal, Korčula.
Day 5: Korčula/Hvar
Transfer to Hvar by catamaran. Spend this day relaxing and enjoying the most romantic island on the Adriatic coast. Go for a swim, take a bike ride or explore the island on foot, and admire the divine beauty of Hvar surrounded with lavender fields and olive groves. Stop at one of the traditional stone houses for a glass of excellent local wine, cheese, fish or some fresh fruit. In the evening, stroll the cobblestone streets of Hvar city and enjoy a romantic evening, and taste the local specialties in the perfect setting by the sea. Overnight at Hotel Riva, Hvar.
Day 6: Hvar/Vis/Hvar
Today is reserved for a sailing trip to Vis. The island of Vis is one of the most remote of all Adriatic islands, an island considered to be a jewel already by the ancient Greeks. On the remains of the old Greek settlements we today find the towns of Komiža and Vis. As an army bass the island was inaccessible to foreign visitors until 1992 but protected the island from the uncontrolled construction of tourist facilities that is characteristic of a sudden development of tourism. Enjoy your organized lunch on boat and enjoy this day filled with sun, sea and love! Overnight at Hotel Riva, Hvar.
Day 7: Hvar/Split
Visit the ancient cellars of the Diocletian’s Palace during your walking tour of Split. Continue to the Cathedral, which is considered to be one of the oldest in the world. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Browse the local market, galleries and boutique shops. Enjoy lunch of Dalmatian srdele or pašticada that pair well with and a glass or local red wine at a nearby konoba. The romantic melodies of the Dalmatian a capella choir coming from one of the small city squares will make you cherish this moment for the rest of your lives. Relax in the cozy room of your hotel or hit the town beach for a swim. Do not miss the lovely sunset as you stroll down the Riva and sip a refreshing cocktail looking at each other and forgetting about everything else. Overnight at Le Méridien Lav, Split.
Day 8: Split/Krka Waterfalls/Split
Today we take you an exciting drive along the stunning Dalmatian coast with a stop at a vista near Primošten that offers the most amazing views of this charming town and the Adriatic. Continue to Šibenik, the only town on the Adriatic coast founded by Croatians. Here you will enjoy a pleasant stroll through the city center will reveal St. Jacob´s cathedral the Dukes palace and many other amazing sites. Shortly you will arrive to Krka National Park with fascinating waterfalls. Swimming beneath Skradinski buk is a one-of-a-kind experience that you will always remember (especially the chills of the first jump). Warm up by visiting the old water mill and sample delicious local specialties surrounded by beautiful nature. Overnight at Le Méridien Lav, Split.
Day 9: Split
Private transfer from the hotel to Split airport.
